Hospital Indemnity
Even with health insurance, hospital stays can be expensive. Our Hospital Indemnity plans, through Aetna, are simple to use and offer additional financial protection in the event you, or a covered family member, are hospitalized.
With two plans to choose from, hospital indemnity coverage helps to ease the financial impact of deductibles and other out-of-pocket expenses. It pays a lump-sum cash benefit directly to individuals admitted to a hospital for a covered illness or injury, whether or not charges are already covered by a medical plan. These helpful benefits can be used for any purpose - from medical copays and deductibles to everyday expenses such as a mortgage payment, transportation, groceries and utilities.

Two Ways to Submit a Claim:
1. Visit the Forms page of our Next360 Benefits website to download a claim form. Work with your physician to complete the form and fax it along with any additional supporting documentation.
2. Use the Aetna online portal to initiate your claim electronically. Visit www.myaetnasupplemental.com.
