Even with health insurance, hospital stays can be expensive. Our Hospital Indemnity plans, through Aetna, are simple to use and offer additional financial protection in the event you, or a covered family member, are hospitalized.
With two plans to choose from, hospital indemnity coverage helps to ease the financial impact of deductibles and other out-of-pocket expenses. It pays a lump-sum cash benefits directly to individuals admitted to a hospital for a covered illness or injury, wheter or not charges are already covered by a medical plan. These helpful benefits can be used for any purpose - from medical copays and deductibles to everyday expenses such as a mortgage payment, transportation, groceries and utilities.
There are two Hospital Indemnity Insurance plan options available to all benefit eligible employees. Employees who enroll in the HSA Saver Medical Plan will automatically be enrolled in the Hospital Indemnity Base plan, at the Company's expense. These employees will be able to purchase the Plus Plan for the difference in cost.

If you are covered under an Aetna medical plan you have the ability to use their simplified online claims process. With this feature you don't need to track down your medical records to send along with your claim - they already have them!
