We understand that student loan debt and college expenses affect the financial wellbeing of many of our employees, whether related to their own education or for their family members. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Student Loan Wellness Program from Tuition.io.
To help support our employees in achieving their best financial wellbeing, we have partnered with Tuition.io to provide access to a full suite of tools. They can help you manage and ultimately eliminate your student loan debt.
The Student Loan Wellness Program through Tuition.io offers all employees* and their family members a full suite of tools and support to help your manage and ultimately eliminate your student debt!
Services include:
- Personalized, live, 1-on-1 student loan coaching (via email, chat or calls), helping families set goals for paying off debt or saving for college
- A marketplace for refinancing existing student loans
- A personalized dashboard of your current student debt, loan payoff projection options, repayment tools, recent transactions and more
- Detailed information about 529 savings plans and other college financing options helping you find ways to save and finance your children’s education.
*All full-time, non-union Barnes employees (excluding Barnesworx and part-time employees)
Step 1: Request your personal invitation by going to Barnes.Tuition.io
Step 2: Enter your Employee ID and your preferred email address*
Step 3: You will receive your personal invitation via the email you provided in the previous step. Click on the "Getting Started" button to create your account with Tuition.io
Step 4: On the registration page, you will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, email address and phone number as well as create a password
Step 5: After completing registration, you will be logged into your Tuition.io account
*If you do not know your Employee ID you may access it through the UKG (payroll) system by navigating through the following path: Myself > Personal > Employee Summary, or by contacting your HR Representative. Please be sure to register using all six digits of your ID, including any leading zeros.
